YOGA WITH ALANA

Three new classes on Thursday nights #getyouryogaon

Suitable for various ages.

 

Thursday nights:
6.00pm - 6.45pm: Junior Yoga Ages 8 -12
7.00pm - 7.45pm: 45 min Yoga Ages 13+ (flexible / experienced younger dancers could attend)
8.00pm - 9.00pm: 1 hour Yoga Ages 13+ (flexible / experienced younger dancers could attend)


NEW YOGA CLASSES AT GET YOUR WIGLE ON!​

Join Alana on Thursday evenings as we launch a series of yoga classes at our studio. Yoga is the perfect activity to get bodies moving, stretching whilst allowing the mind to relax and de-stress.

What to bring :

Please wear comfortable clothing. If you have your own yoga matt or block - please feel free to bring these along too! We recommend bringing your own water bottle too.

I'm not a Wigle... can I join in?

Yes! These classes are open to everyone. Whether you'd like to bring a friend or you're a parent - you can join in the fun (Ross and James will be joining in too!)
