AUDITION INFO
For those children who are wanting to audition for a solo singing role within Nativity, please choose one of the following songs to record and submit by Sunday 1st May:
Opt 1: The first verse and chorus of Sparkle and Shine (to backing)
Opt 2: The rap from Away in a Manger (the audition scene)- to be performed a capella
Opt 3: The whole song of One Night One Moment (to backing)
The links for the backing tracks for Sparkle and Shine and One Night One Moment can be found below.
These auditions are entirely optional so please ensure your child is aware there is no pressure to apply for a solo role.
HOW TO SUBMIT THE AUDITION:
Auditions are to be recorded at home and sent directly to info@wigles.co.uk with the subject 'Nativity audition'. If the file is too big to send within the email, auditions can be sent via WeTransfer - if sending via 'wetransfer', please ensure the file does not expire before Monday 2nd May as this is when we will need access to each video and expect to release the cast list for this production.
When recording an audition from home, we recommend finding a clear space to allow the auditionee to perform and that backing tracks are not too loud to ensure vocals can be clearly heard. Sparkle and Shine and One night only MUST be recorded to backing tracks.
The closing date for submissions is at 4pm, Sunday 1st May 2022.
